The season booking 2024-2025 application period for Kankarepuiston peruskoulu, Playground Kankarepuisto and Playground Kannelmäki is open from April 4 until April 30, 2024. 

Season: 12.8.2024-25.5.2025.

Priority criteria for allocation of spaces

1. Own operations of the The Education Division.

2. Own operations of the City of Helsinki’s divisions and the City Executive Office.

3. Basic Arts Education and the activities organised by Helsinki Summer University.

4. Activities aimed children, young people and families organised by a registered Helsinki-based association, group or community.

5. Other activities organised by a registered Helsinki-based association, group or community.

6. Other activities. 

GROUNDS FOR PAYMENT FOR THE USE OF EDUCATION DIVISION FACILITIES 

FREE USE

- Activities of registered Helsinki-based organisations and associations

- Independent group activities and civic activities of Helsinki residents and communities

- Afternoon activities of schoolchildren in accordance with the Basic Education Act, group and individual instruction in basic education in the arts

-Religious activities when more than one religious belief is represented in the same event based on an open invitation.

- Activism on case-specific basis in accordance with the city’s values.

- Own operations of the City of Helsinki’s divisions and the City Executive Office.

USE SUBJECT TO A FEE

- Activities of companies

- Private events

- Religious communities and teaching religion. 

- Activities organised by residents and communities of other municipalities

- Election rallies of a single party or candidate.
